When you make a purchase on allisonfors.com, you should receive your downloadable resources immediately via email. The page after you checkout also contains the download. If you created a login, all your downloaded resources are saved for you on the site. If you didn’t create a login, check your promotions and spam folders. To avoid this issue in the future, add email@example.com email to your address book.

Sometimes this happens when the version of Adobe isn’t updated. Try updating or select “print as image” in your printer settings.
This has been a reported issue with a new Mac update if you are printing from the Preview instead of Adobe Reader, which is the default for Mac computers. It may also occur if you are printing from your phone or if you haven’t downloaded the file fully (for example, if you are printing from your internet browser). You may also try printing from a PC computer. Contact me if the issue persists.
