This occurs when a resource has been updated since you purchased it. The new updated download is available to you in your account. If you didn’t create an account at checkout, one was made for you at the time of your purchase. Check your emails for the username and password created for you. If you still have trouble, contact me at [email protected] with your purchase receipt.

Yes, we accept the Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Euro, and Pound! If your country’s currency doesn’t convert automatically, go to the shop page and choose your currency from the drop-down menu.

Unfortunately, that would go against the terms of use of the clipart and fonts we purchase to make resources. For this reason, I can’t allow others to make changes or have password access to the files.

Sometimes this happens when the version of Adobe isn’t updated. Try updating or select “print as image” in your printer settings.
This has been a reported issue with a new Mac update if you are printing from the Preview instead of Adobe Reader, which is the default for Mac computers. It may also occur if you are printing from your phone or if you haven’t downloaded the file fully (for example, if you are printing from your internet browser). You may also try printing from a PC computer. Contact me if the issue persists.

The website suspects your actions are from a bot. Some troubleshooting: 

  • Try updating your browser.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Restart your device. 
  • Use Google Chrome.
  • Try a different device.

Print shops may be hesitant to print due to the copyright. If you purchased on TPT, a printing authorization form is on your “my purchases” page. From my experience, the stores will accept the print authorization from a mobile phone or via email.

Sometimes the issue is that the print shop reformats the file into a different format, and it can’t do that with the password protected file. You can try selecting the pages you want to print on the print screen and select “save as PDF.” This essentially creates a different PDF of the resource.
