✅ IDEAS FOR USE

  • No Print: Open the color scenes on your computer or tablet. Directions included on how to draw on scenes with a touchscreen device.
  • Print, laminate, and circle the appropriate behaviors and cross out the inappropriate behaviors with dry-erase markers.
  • Print B&W scenes and use them as coloring pages (color appropriate/ inappropriate behaviors or identify the behaviors and then color the page as a reward.)
  • Print and use play dough, bingo chips & wand, or any other motivator to cover the appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.

    Love everything about this – clear graphics, black and white option, great prompt questions. One of the best things about it is that you actually use pics of kids DOING THINGS that you’re asking/writing about. I find it hard when a resource is “themed” and has a visual on each card but the visual is the same, not giving our poor language-impaired children any addition cues!!! Thanks 🙂

    I love that this product uses common and everyday scenes and situations to discuss appropriate vs. inappropriate behaviors. It is simple enough to work with younger students on and can be made more complex for older students by asking/answer the “wh” questions that go with it. I love that I can use it in both color and b/w for my students who have busy bodies and need to color etc. to stay focused. Definitely worth the price!

    I used this activity as part of my zones of regulation activity. It was great! I would only suggest to have students discuss what they think is happening in the picture. I used it in a few classrooms and in the classroom picture, one student noticed what looks like spilled milk under the girl who is suppose to be showing appropriate behaviors. I didn’t even notice it 🙂
