Understanding spatial relationships is crucial for language development, and this bundle makes it both fun and educational. These prepositions worksheets are not just another set of exercises; they help students master prepositions and spatial understanding in a speech therapy setting.
Whether you’re conducting in-person sessions or remote learning, these prepositions worksheets are perfect for both printed and digital use. They’re designed to be open-ended, allowing you to tailor the difficulty level and focus according to each student’s needs. Prepositions NO PREP Worksheets
Advanced Prepositions NO PREP Worksheets
Includes 6 full-page scenes including dog, cat, & mouse in various positions to increase preposition generalization. Talk about the scenes, make sentences, or ask questions (e.g. Where is this dog?, Where is the dog on top of the box?) Sample questions pages are included!
Includes 4 bonus pages targeting receptively identifying actions (e.g. Which dog is jumping?) in fields of 2 & 4.
NO PREP, PRINT-AND-GO PAGES!
Simply print and they are ready for use. I recommend laminating or placing in sheet protectors for durability. I like placing the same concept pages back-to-back and then laminating to make it even sturdier. Black and white pages are included for a print-friendly option, to send home, or use for coloring pages!
OPEN ON YOUR DEVICE!
Use this document on your computer or tablet.
Step-by-step directions for how to draw on the PDF with your computer and tablet are included. This will allow you to circle or cross out the pictures and make the activity more engaging and hands-on.
FUN IDEAS FOR USE!
Kids love to circle or cross out pictures with a whiteboard marker or crayon! Get creative by using play dough, bingo chips, dot markers, or anything else that’s motivating for your student!
BONUS FILE
The bonus file includes the two resources in one download with a hyperlinked table of contents for NO PRINT easy use! In addition, it includes binder spine labels for the printed versions placed in a 1-inch binder.

Three of my kindergarten ESL groups have been learning about prepositions. We are using this resource to practice their use. With the paired pictures, I ask the students which cat or dog is in a particular position and the students respond orally. I can then assess which prepositions they know and can use accurately and what we need to practice more.
For the picture scenes, I have the students take turns selecting an animal and telling where it is. They love getting to pick which animal to tall about. I love hearing the variety of prepositions they use and the nouns they use to relate the animals’ places to.
