✅ WHAT’S INCLUDED (color and black & white)

ALL ABOUT ME FLIPBOOKS

There are 2 flipbooks: One for elementary and one for middle and high school students. Assembly only requires one fold and a stapler.

PERSONAL INFORMATION CARDS

There are 2 versions: One for younger students and one for older students. They are also in color and black & white! Print, laminate, and cut the cards. Use these cards to simplify learning the answers to these critical life skills questions.

Ideas for use:

• Place in a sensory bin; the student pulls one at a time and answers.
• Place cards upside down with a paperclip attached to each card, and use a bingo wand or magnetic fishing pole to “catch” and answer.

NO PRINT VERSION

A no print version is included to pull up on your computer or tablet! Use the arrows and “home” button to navigate. Have your student write or verbally respond to each question. Instructions on using the no print version are included, including how to write on the PDF. These pages are low ink if you’d like to print and use them as a big version for completing the questions.
