This product is designed to help students learn their personal information, a critical life skill that they need in their daily lives.
This content comes in 3 forms to fit your student’s needs and your preference! It is also a great way to target the same information in different activities.
There are 2 versions of content in this resource: one geared towards kids and one geared towards teens.
ALL ABOUT ME FLIPBOOKS
There are 2 flipbooks: one for elementary aged students, and one for middle and high school aged students. Assembly only requires one fold and a stapler. Black and white included.
PERSONAL INFORMATION CARDS
There are 2 versions: one for younger students and one for older students. They are also in color and black & white! Print, laminate, and cut the cards. Use these cards to simplify learning the answers to these critical life skills questions.
Write the answers on the line or just answer out loud! Black and white included.
IDEAS: Place in a sensory bin; the student pulls one at a time and answers.
Place cards upside down with a paperclip attached to each card, and use a bingo wand or magnetic fishing pole to “catch” and answer.
NO PRINT VERSION
A no print version is included to pull up on your computer or tablet! Use the arrows and “home” button to navigate. Have your student write or verbally respond to each question. Directions on how to use the no print version are included on the next pages, including how to write on the PDF. These pages are low ink if you’d like to print and use as a big version for completing the questions.
